Cheese it up!!

Spinach salad with fresh tomatoes, pecorino romano cheese, and balsamic vinegar with olive oil dressing. Penne pasta with heated sauce-from-a-jar (sprinkled with pecorino romano cheese). And the piece-de-resistance: sourdough bread put under the broiler with some butter and pecorino romano cheese. MMMMMMM! Topped off with a glass of milk. :) Simply food is simply tasty!

  2. Now every time you say balsamic vinegar I think of LEAD... Really? I'm going to have to look this up...:)
